Salah on the Go ("we", "us", "our") is an online-only shop based in Amman, Jordan, founded in 2023. These Terms & Conditions apply whenever you browse or buy from salahonthego.com. By placing an order with us you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy — together with this page, they form the full terms of using this store.

Who we are

Salah on the Go makes compressible, portable prayer clothes and prayer sets. We are a small business operating out of Amman, Jordan. You can reach us at hello@salahonthego.com or by DM on Instagram @itssalahonthego.

Prices and tax

All prices on this site are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED). For orders shipping within Jordan, the price shown already includes 16% General Sales Tax (VAT) — there is nothing added at checkout. For orders shipping outside Jordan, our listed prices are not taxed by us; any tax, VAT or duty due in your own country is your responsibility (see "Customs and import duties" below).

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or an item that turns out to be out of stock — in which case we will notify you and refund any payment taken in full.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Full rates and estimated transit times are listed on our Shipping Policy page and shown at checkout once you enter your address. As a summary of current published transit times, once an order has shipped:

  • Jordan: 1–3 business days
  • UAE: 3–7 business days
  • GCC & Egypt: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Canada & United States: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Orders shipping within Jordan qualify for free shipping once the order total is 336.70 AED or more.

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and damage passes to you. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us — we treat this the same as a defective item under our Refund Policy.

Customs and import duties

For orders shipping outside Jordan, any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by your country are your responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. We cannot predict what these will be — please check with your local customs authority before ordering if you are unsure.

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges except where an item is defective or you received the wrong item. If that happens, DM us on Instagram at @itssalahonthego and we will sort it out. Full detail is in our Refund Policy.

Product accuracy

We do our best to photograph and describe every product, including fabric colours, accurately. Because colours can display slightly differently on different screens, there may be minor variation between what you see online and the item you receive.

Intellectual property

All text, photography, graphics and the Salah on the Go name and logo on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Jordan. Any dispute arising from an order or use of this site will be handled under Jordanian law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as our business changes. The "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
